After accruing more than a decade of experience building highly technical, acoustically sensitive multimedia environments, Kurt Kerns founded V3 during a momentary lapse of reason in 2010. Since its inception, the firm has expanded its practice to include commercial, higher education, high-end office space, multi-family residential and specialty production facility project types nationwide. With many of our projects being immersed in technical infrastructure from day one, our team has a deep understanding of the intersection between the functional demands of highly technical spaces and the creative design elements needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
