With over 20 years of project management experience, Steve provides skillful guidance in architectural design, code analysis, documentation, materials specification, and construction administration to V3 clients. He is most comfortable when effectively communicating with building owners, engineers, building officials, and contractors to achieve a well-developed end result. His experience includes architecture and management for several project types of various scales in both new construction and renovation. Steve enjoys spending time with his wife & kids, catching trout and maintaining a classic corvette.
