Clement Ford | Wentzville, Missouri

V Three Studios is excited to be the architect for the first ground-up Ford dealership to be built in the St. Louis metro area in over 40 years. Clement Ford will be a 71,000 square foot facility, located in Wentzville Missouri. Construction will start soon with Musick Construction serving as the general contractor. 

One of the standout features of this dealership will be a dedicated Bronco showroom, showcasing the newest and most popular models of this iconic SUV. The facility will also include a full-service shop, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure top-quality repairs and maintenance for all Ford vehicles.

V Three Studios has worked closely with Clement Auto Group to design a space that balances functionality and aesthetics, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience while also meeting the dealership's operational needs. The facility will feature a modern and inviting interior design, with ample natural light, high-end finishes, and comfortable waiting areas.

Commerce Bank | Ladue, Missouri

In a continuation of our partnership with Commerce Bank, V Three Studios has designed a new location in Ladue, Missouri that will be home to both a cafe-style retail branch and an office of the bank's separate wealth management arm, Commerce Trust Company. This unique design combines several features into a compact, intimate space.

Byrd & Barrel | St. Louis, MO

The V3 team is excited to announce our latest project with Byrd & Barrel, the popular St. Louis-based chicken restaurant. This interior and exterior renovation project continues the design language established in the restaurant’s now-closed original location while offering an expanded footprint and a more modern, flexible experience for future patrons.

Beasley Broadcasting Studio | Philadelphia, PA

Beasley Media Group in Philadelphia has partnered with V Three Studios to consolidate and renovate its existing 32,000-square-foot facility, including the addition of a 50-seat performance studio. The consolidation will bring the company’s five stations – including talk and production studios – and supporting offices to one floor, allowing for a more cohesive and connected experience for both staff and visitors.

The design incorporates a central public core, including a new formal entry lobby, flanked by a corporate board room and multi-purpose break/lounge room. To provide overflow space for large venues, a new performance studio will be positioned on axis with the multipurpose room. The new office and support spaces maximize the infiltration of natural light, while glazed office fronts and frameless glazed partitions help to improve internal visibility and openness. The project is expected to finalize by early 2020.

On The Boards: ToyTalk | San Francisco, CA

V Three Studios is thrilled to be working with ToyTalk, a family entertainment company specializing in interactive voice recognition technology, to create an advanced Audio-Video Content Creation & Post-Production Facility for their newly constructed headquarters in San Francisco. The new studios will help the company to expand their groundbreaking entertainment platform that makes conversations with characters a reality.

Founded in 2011 by former Pixar CTO Oren Jacob, ToyTalk has raised millions of dollars in funding from top global investors to advance their unique vision of enabling kids to have real conversations with make-believe characters. The company has released several mobile apps that have captured the imaginations of children around the world. ToyTalk has grown quickly enough to expand to a new 8,000 sq. ft. office space in San Francisco, for which V Three Studios was tasked with designing an Audio-Video Content Creation and Post Production Facility that could meet the demands of this emerging new company.

Kiener Plaza Design Charrette

On December 13, 2014, V Three Studios participated in a community design charrette hosted by the Downtown Neighborhood Association at the St. Louis Central Library. The goal of this workshop was to discuss the current proposal for the redesign of Kiener Plaza as presented by CityArchRiver, and ultimately create a list of recommendations from the Community for future design exploration.

For this effort, V Three Studios was tasked with exploring several distinct design schemes in response to a series of potential programmatic elements, including: existing iconic "Runner" statue and fountain; existing courthouse lawn; open-air amphitheater; spaces for public gathering and events.  These designs served as a catalyst for conversations regarding the potential of Kiener Plaza. In the end, the various design options fostered excitement among a Community longing for a collaborative design experience. Based on this collaborative process, V3 has created an additional option which aims to synthesize the discussions into a single cohesive solution. 

V3 looks forward to future workshops and opportunities to enhance our our local community.
