Custom Automated Plastics Systems, C.A.P.S. Inc., has outgrown its current 126,000 square foot facility and has commissioned V Three Studios to design an approximate 30,000 square foot building addition. 
The addition will maximize the facility’s footprint on the site allowing C.A.P.S. to better service its customers needs The Project will be a multi-phased build solution to ensure the facility remains fully operational during the renovation and addition. 

Phase one will include a new curb cut for shipping and receiving, underground storm management systems, 10-14 foot high retaining walls, and integrated bio-retention area. Phase two will include the building addition construction complete with 7 new loading dock bays, interior shipping/receiving offices, break room, supporting spaces, and 25,000 square feet warehouse.  The Project’s implementation was a relative fast track process as a design-build collaboration with Musick Construction.
