Great Heart Brewing Company is a new Bavarian inspired brewery and Mediterranean restaurant located in Olivette, Missouri. The facility will include a production brewery providing draft beer for their tasting room, exterior patio and restaurant space, supported by a commercial kitchen and merchandise sales area. The tasting room is adorned in stained concrete floors, walnut wood paneling,and a large open bar with a backdrop of brass serving tanks and European taxidermy. These spaces are  inspired by the warm, cozy traditional bierhalls of Germany and Switzerland.  The tasting room has a mezzanine space that overlooks the bar which looks onto the authentic German made brewhouse and outdoor patio space. Great Heart will focus on traditional German style beers such as pilsners and lagers.
