The branch's design boasts a variety of customer-centric spaces, including welcoming seating areas in the lobby, private consulting rooms, and a conference room. These versatile spaces empower bankers to adapt their interactions to accommodate diverse customer needs. Faced with the challenge of creating a compact building that housed all the necessary components of a modern branch, V3 carefully analyzed and arranged each space for maximum efficiency and designed custom, highly functional furniture to complement these areas.

The enduring partnership between V3 and Commerce Bank, marked by over 35 successful projects, was instrumental in bringing the innovative branch to life. Collaborating closely with Commerce Bank, the City of Kirkwood, and adjacent developers, V3 crafted a building and site design that aligns with Kirkwood's urban context and downtown expansion plans. The project also added 40 trees to the site, bolstering Kirkwood's "Tree City" designation by the Arbor Day Foundation.

Seamlessly integrating data systems, banking technology, and security requirements into the design, V3 balanced architectural expression with technical necessities.
