When restauranteur Corey Smale, formerly of Strange Donuts, decided to start a new restaurant concept in the Botanical Heights Neighborhood of St. Louis, he called on V Three Studios. The 1,600 SF fast casual Chinese food concept utilizes neon lighting and a clean interior pallet to enhance the dining experience. V3 focused on a simple palette of modern lines and contemporary materials with walnut tables and accents. The design team worked closely with Chef Ryan McDonald to deliver an efficient and productive open kitchen in a small footprint that allows the chef and a small staff to interact directly with diners.
