V Three Studios is collaborating with Landau Group LLC and G&W Engineering to design a ground-up multi-family development in the city of Ballwin, a thriving suburb of St. Louis.

This structure, which will consolidate three existing parcels of land, will feature two levels of parking and five levels of market-rate apartments. Amenities will include a retail space overlooking a nearby public park, a dedicated space for food truck parking, green rooftop spaces above the parking garage, and outdoor decks attached to multiple units.
