As part of our long-standing relationship of building media and communications facilities for CBS Radio, V3 was tasked with designing a new studio to serve as home base for the Jim Rome Show to broadcast radio and television feeds to some 200 stations across the U.S. and Canada. The well-known host’s show is tied for the #21 most listened to talk radio show in the United States and has an audience of approximately 2.5 million, so quality design and attention to detail were paramount in delivering a successful project. The show also began simulcasting on television via CBS Sports Network in 2018, so that functionality had to be built into the project from day one.

Working with McCormick Construction and Sound Mind LLC, V3 delivered a next-generation studio environment that is flexible enough for the show’s producers to create content for today’s constantly evolving broadcast landscape. From pure audio feeds to television and interactive live streams on social media, Jim Rome is now positioned to continue delivering industry-leading content to his loyal fanbase.
