Unify Development and Paramount Construction tapped V Three Studios to design and document two prototype market rate single family modern houses in St. Louis’s Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood. These houses are part of an overall master planned housing project set in motion by Washington University’s School of Medicine. The development as a whole contains low income housing, market rate single family homes and two market rate apartment buildings.
