When Entercom Communications decided to consolidate their space from three floors to two floors in Chicago's Two Prudential Plaza high rise, V3 was asked to re-work the design of both floors. Serving multiple broadcast stations and digital media outlets, the renovated spaces have been updated both technologically and aesthetically to represent the next generation of the broadcast industry. Renovated studios, open office spaces, and break areas on the ninth floor are now connected via a new communicating stair to a cafe, conference rooms, and sales area on the tenth floor above. This new layout improves the openness and visibility of the space while promoting collaboration and staff interaction. The enhanced finishes, flow, continuity and efficiency now rival that of the best modern office and multimedia facilities.
