Narrow Gauge Brewing Company
Florissant, Missouri
V Three Studios is excited to partner with Narrow Gauge Brewing Company on their new brewing facility in Florissant, Missouri. This project will increase production capacity, streamline operations, and enhance the guest experience.
Since its 2016 inception in Cugino’s Italian Eatery’s basement, Narrow Gauge has outgrown its initial space due to the popularity of its award-winning New England IPAs and Sour Beers. The owners, Heather and Jeff Hardesty, sought V Three Studios' expertise to design a suitable permanent facility. They settled on an 8,200 sq.ft. building close to the original location.
The move involved several phases: offices began construction in early 2021, and by 2022, the 5,000 sq.ft. brewery with a temporary retail store was operational. The facility includes a brew house, fermentation cellar, canning line, and expanded lagering and oak cellar spaces, enabling Narrow Gauge to experiment with new beers and broaden their offerings.
A 2,600 sq.ft. tasting room, featuring a hardwood bar and seating for about 100 patrons, is slated to open by Fall 2024. Narrow Gauge looks forward to the completion of this multi-year, multi-phase expansion and is eager to welcome beer enthusiasts from near and far to experience this new home that is distinctly their own.
