Deadwords Brewing Company is a new craft brewery opening its first location in Orlando, Florida. This production brewery, tasting room, and wood-fired pizza restaurant aims to give guests the experience of discovering brews that may taste new to them, but have actually existed for hundreds if not thousands of years. 

Inspired by ancient beer recipes from areas of Europe and Africa, Deadwords Brewing Company is an adaptive reuse project occupying an extensively renovated former retail space. Due to the owner pursuing these plans during the COVID-19 pandemic, the brewery and restaurant initially launched with an outdoor seating area and to-go food option, with the tasting room then built out in a later phase.

Additionally, the production side was modified during the design process to include a canning line allowing the brewery to get up and running with packaged sales sooner than originally planned. All said and done, this exciting new brewery now makes a fantastic addition to Orlando’s vibrant craft beer scene.
