V Three Studios is leading a transformative renovation of the Old Warson Country Club, an esteemed establishment known for its premier golf and country club facilities located on Old Warson Road. The club, with a legacy dating back to 1954 and a championship golf course designed by the acclaimed Robert Trent Jones Sr., is embarking on a series of enhancements to ensure it continues to offer exceptional experiences for its members.

This comprehensive renovation encompasses four key areas, each designed to elevate the member experience while maintaining the club’s traditions:

Golf Teaching Center and Kids Camp: A new, state-of-the-art facility replacing the existing structure, featuring golf simulators, member’s lounge, tennis pro shop, and a multifunctional space for children’s activities and education.

Aquatics Complex Renovation: This includes updates to the pool area with the addition of a new outdoor bar and covered dining space, fully renovated locker rooms, and a new kitchen for enhanced food service.

Patio Expansion: The introduction of two new large covered seating areas, coupled with a completely redesigned patio area that supports a variety of social gatherings and dining options.

Restaurant Renovation: A fully reimagined dining facility that modernizes the space while preserving its classic charm, including new bar and casual dining layouts that improve flow and usability.

The design challenge was to seamlessly integrate modern amenities with the traditional character of the club. Solutions included the strategic placement of new structures to optimize views and usability, incorporating low-maintenance materials and infrastructure planned to accommodate future technologies.
